I found duplicate entries with my name in the members list. I am not sure how this could have happened, but what if anything should be done to remove the duplicate entry. I am also concerned about future payments deductions that would not result in duplicate.

same happened to me, the host website changed their authentication policy, and I signed up twice, I'm sure if you email it in it is a quick fix.
