The Sacred Silence

The Sacred Silence
Follow the path of the inquiring mystic; down the yellow brick road.
Go beyond the red speckled beauties; the stools that resemble a toad.

Soon you will come to a portal; enter in through the invisible door.
There you will understand mystery, secrets of the Universe and so much more.

This is the Land of Sacred Silence; welcoming One and All.
Be sure to come here often; heed the silent beckoning call.

There is little you must do; just learn to quiet the busy mind.
Open yourself to what will be; Oh, the wonders you will find.

It is here you can listen, and hear the rocks and the flowers sing.
Understand the Silence of Seasons, as birds know when to take wing.

In the Silence you know about being; what holds the stars in their place.
All your senses attuned and connected; nothing evermore commonplace.

You understand about creation; how you first learned to crawl;
It is within this Sacred Silence the inner knowing reveals One is All.
